Meet Our Founder

As a research psychologist and health and wellness coach specializing in stress and nervous system health, I’ve always been intrigued and inspired by the deep connection between the mind and body. I've come to understand that the nervous system (where mind and body meet) is at the core of everything we do, from our movement to our thoughts to our feelings. And when we nourish and support the nervous system, we open up the pathway to our best possible physical and emotional health.

WHY I CREATED THE PACIFIC CENTER
I founded the Pacific Center for Parkinson’s Health and Healing to share what I've learned about the incredible healing potential of the nervous system. I believe that nervous system health is foundational—not only for managing stress but also for supporting gut health, brain function, mood, energy, and overall well-being. My hope is to make it easier for people living with Parkinson's to relieve stress, anxiety, and overwhelm naturally, and strengthen their physical health by empowering them with simple, impactful health tools so they can move forward with more inspiration, vitality, and confidence in their daily life.

LET’S GET STARTED ON HEALTH AND HEALING
Having several loved ones who've lived with Parkinson’s, I understand the challenges it can bring physically, mentally, and emotionally. Stress and anxiety are very real. So is the overwhelm that often comes with trying to manage it all.

That’s why I center my work around making things simple and practical, offering tools that truly work and can be easily integrated into everyday life so you can feel empowered and inspired about taking an active role in your health.

Whether you're newly diagnosed and feeling uncertain, or well into your healing journey and ready for deeper transformation, I invite you to join me in creating a more grounded, peaceful, and vibrant world for people living with Parkinson’s—one empowered nervous system at a time!

To your best possible health,

Meret
