Research has show mindful awareness to be a tremendously useful tool to help people with Parkinson's and many others feel less anxious about the future, less stuck in the past, more in the present, and less stressed.

Here are a few ways to get started from organizations within the Parkinson's community. There are many other FREE and paid mindfulness apps and courses that are also useful to help you get started with mindfulness.
